Je vais ici tenter de vous pr\u00e9senter un autre atelier : l&rsquo;<em>atelier Assemblage V2<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Sa principale utilisation pour moi va \u00eatre de v\u00e9rifier que la conception de mes pi\u00e8ces correspond bien \u00e0 mon besoin et que je ne rencontrerais pas de probl\u00e8me lors de leur assemblage.<\/p>\n<p>Je vais utiliser comme exemple la modification de la partie arri\u00e8re mon caisson. Je souhaite remplacer la face plexiglas fixe, par 2 demi-faces mobiles, en m&rsquo;appuyant sur le syst\u00e8me de fixation actuel.<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser mon assemblage, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 dessin\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rentes pi\u00e8ces dans l&rsquo;atelier <em>Part Design. On pourra aussi <\/span>rafra\u00eechir<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">&nbsp; les objets d\u00e9j\u00e0 en place s&rsquo;ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;atelier <em>Part Design.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h5>Mise en place des contraintes<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-913\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aacmb.fr\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/ass_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"156\" height=\"33\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aacmb.fr\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/ass_03.jpg 156w, https:\/\/www.aacmb.fr\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/ass_03-150x33.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 156px) 100vw, 156px\" \/><\/h5>\n<p>Il faut avant toute chose bien avoir \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit ce qui se cache derri\u00e8re la notion d&rsquo;assemblage.<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;un point de vue m\u00e9canique, un&nbsp;<strong><em>Assemblage&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong>consiste \u00e0 mettre en relation plusieurs composants \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires qui formeront des sous-ensembles, formant eux-m\u00eame un ensemble termin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-915 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aacmb.fr\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/ass_04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"443\" height=\"269\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aacmb.fr\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/ass_04.jpg 443w, https:\/\/www.aacmb.fr\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/ass_04-350x213.jpg 350w, https:\/\/www.aacmb.fr\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/ass_04-300x182.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 443px) 100vw, 443px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment doit respecter au sein de son sous-ensemble des<em> r\u00e8gles d&rsquo;isostatisme,<\/em> qui vont permettre de d\u00e9finir des libert\u00e9s de mouvement en translation et en rotation entre les \u00e9l\u00e9ments constituants.<\/p>\n<p>Un bon assemblage sera un assemblage sur lequel tous les mouvements possibles auront \u00e9t\u00e9 ma\u00eetris\u00e9s, \u00e0 savoir 3 mouvements de translation et 3 mouvements de rotation.<\/p>\n<p>FreeCAD met en oeuvre le <em><strong>principe de Lord Kelvin<\/strong><\/em> qui g\u00e8re l&rsquo;immobilisation de deux pi\u00e8ces par la mise en place de contraintes <strong>\u00ab\u00a0trou &#8211; trait &#8211; plan\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ce sont les 5 ic\u00f4nes du menu, qui vont permettre de d\u00e9finir, dans l&rsquo;ordre :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la mise en contact de 2 cercles,<\/li>\n<li>la mise en contact de 2 plans,<\/li>\n<li>l&rsquo;alignement selon un axe,<\/li>\n<li>le positionnement selon un angle donn\u00e9,<\/li>\n<li>le positionnement d&rsquo;une sph\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Groupes de contraintes<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-919\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aacmb.fr\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/ass_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"62\" height=\"30\"><\/h5>\n<p>Une fois les contraintes pos\u00e9es entre un groupe d&rsquo;objets, il est possible de cr\u00e9er un sous-ensemble fig\u00e9. C&rsquo;est ensuite ce sous-ensemble qui pourra \u00eatre manipul\u00e9 pour g\u00e9rer des d\u00e9placements ou de nouvelles contraintes. Il existe une fonction dans l&rsquo;atelier, qui permet de v\u00e9rifier l&rsquo;assemblage en lui-m\u00eame. Ici aucun probl\u00e8me n&rsquo;est remont\u00e9.<br \/>\nIl est aussi possible de d\u00e9placer en rotation la charni\u00e8re pour regarder visuellement que tout semble correct.<\/p>\n<p>Les contr\u00f4les peuvent aussi remonter des probl\u00e8mes esth\u00e9tiques. Puis ensuite on cr\u00e9er l&rsquo;assemblage.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;id\u00e9e est donc de d&rsquo;abord cr\u00e9er un sous-ensemble \u00ab\u00a0charni\u00e8re haute + porte\u00a0\u00bb, avec les contraintes n\u00e9cessaires, et on sauvegarde le fichier.<\/p>\n<p>Il est ensuite import\u00e9 comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment standard, avec les contraintes pos\u00e9es sur l&rsquo;axe.
